Opened goods

We will not accept returns of any goods that have been opened.

Damaged in Transit

If your order has been damaged in transit, please either telephone us or email us with a note of your order number and an explanation/evidence of the damages. From there we will arrange to send replacements to you.

Mistakes with orders

If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact customer services as soon as possible, if this is within 24 hours we may be able to rectify your order. If this time has passed, we may not be able to amend your order. Please ensure that your order is correct before confirming as errors will not be refunded.


Please allow up to 14 working days, during busy times, to receive your money back for your refund.
